ephemora-cell 1.0.4: a stateless MCP tool server, now on PyPI!!

A developer released ephemora-cell 1.0.4 on PyPI, a stateless MCP tool server that eliminates the initialize handshake and session state, allowing servers to be restarted or load-balanced between calls without clients noticing. The release adds CacheableResult fields (ttlMs: 3600000, cacheScope: "private") to tools/list responses and rejects unknown protocol versions with error -32022, while remaining compatible with handshake-era clients such as Claude Desktop, VS Code, and Codex. The author reports 13/13 acceptance checks against the published wheel and observed identical fuel consumption (21143) for the same echo call across two installs on different machines.
