Emmerich Newspaper v. OpenAI suit in Mississippi conditionally transferred to MDL before Judge Stein

Emmerich Newspapers v. Microsoft, the first newspaper copyright suit against OpenAI filed in the Southern District of Mississippi, has been conditionally transferred to the multi-district litigation before Judge Stein. A second Mississippi newspaper suit, Boone Newsmedia v. Microsoft, remains in that district.
