Claude is experiencing elevated error rates on both its Claude.ai web platform and Claude Code login system, according to an incident report from the company. Users are being offered email and SMS notifications for updates as the company works to resolve the issue. The disruption affects access to Claude's AI assistant services across multiple platforms.
