Einride to deploy 500 Tesla electric trucks for North American fleet

Einride AB plans to deploy 500 Tesla electric trucks across its North American operations over the next two years, starting in September 2026, in what would be the largest rollout of heavy-duty electric vehicles to date. The Sweden-based freight technology company said the deployment, which will be financed through third-party solutions and completed in phases through 2028, would triple its electric truck fleet and support customers such as Amazon across freight corridors in California, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois and Georgia.
