Edit and present slides in Markdown with AI

Pavel Kordík released Slaidy, a MIT-licensed, single-file, dependency-free WYSIWYG editor and presenter for Markdown-based slide decks that runs entirely in the browser, with no uploads and exports files the user owns. The tool renders figures as SVG rather than bitmaps, keeping decks readable to humans, git, and AI; a 237-slide deck with 180 figures compresses to 1 megabyte versus 34 MB as .pptx. AI features are optional and run on CESNET e-INFRA CZ capacity, with users able to supply their own endpoint.
