what's DrugAgent? #
DrugAgent is built on LLMs and integrates machine learning, knowledge graphs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) agents. Its main job? To take fragmented evidence and turn it into something understandable. And it does it well, summarizing conflicting evidence with clarity.
The system was tested on kinase screening data involving 900 pairs across 178 kinases and 42 inhibitors. It didn’t stop there. DrugAgent also took on an androgen receptor antagonist screening benchmark. It crushed it, proving that it's not only about gathering data but making it work together.
