This is also the case while stationary in traffic.\n\nThis includes anything to using a sat nav, checking messages, scrolling social media or changing a song.\n\nDespite this it's common to see motorists looking down at their phones and laws are routinely ignored.\n\nAnyone caught can be slapped with six points and a heavy fine.\n\nDrivers are often caught out over sat nav rules.
