Downloading datasets

A user is unable to download the 'garrying/VMD-D' dataset from Hugging Face despite authorizing with a token; the loading code produces no response.

I am trying to download the dataset from this link: garrying/VMD-D · Datasets at Hugging Face I am using the code under “Loading the Dataset” I get stuck at the following: Nothing happens. I have authorised huggingface using my token. Any Ideas?
