Donation swap before EOFY?

An Australian taxpayer seeks a donation swap before June 30, offering to donate AU$6,500 to a partner's preferred Australian-deductible charity in exchange for a donation of equivalent value to the Effective Altruism Animal Welfare Fund, which is not tax-deductible in Australia.

I'm an Australian taxpayer hoping to donate ~AU$6,500 ~US$4,500 / £3,400 / €3,900 to the Effective Altruism Animal Welfare Fund AWF https://funds.effectivealtruism.org/funds/animal-welfare , which isn't tax-deductible in Australia. I'm looking to swap with someone in a country where the AWF is deductible e.g., US, UK, Netherlands and who's planning to donate a few thousand dollars to charities that are already tax deductible in Australia all GiveWell-recommended charities .
