Does Ryzen mobil AI+392 work for VFIO (allow vgpu or similar)?

A user on the Level1Techs forum asks whether the Ryzen AI Max 392 processor supports VFIO passthrough with vGPU splitting for running a Windows VM alongside a Linux host. The forum response indicates that the Ryzen AI 300 series currently only supports full GPU passthrough and does not yet support vGPU splitting.

My current setup includes VFIO passthrough of the discrete GPU to a a windows VM for productivity work. Host is usaally a cachyos or manjaro host. Things work great except with the upgrade to W11 in the VM things are slowing down. Has anybody experimented with the new AI+ max 392 chips and vfio? I would prefer to also have access to the linux host while the windows VM is up so splitting the GPU would be ideal. Otherwise I can get a 9955HX with discrete GPU and do things that way. Currently, the Ryzen AI 300 series only supports full GPU passthrough and does not yet support vGPU splitting.
