Docker SDK now marked as "Paid" when creating a new Space?

Hugging Face silently moved Docker Space deployments behind a PRO subscription paywall, with users reporting that the Docker SDK is now marked as "Paid" in the UI and CLI deployments return errors requiring a PRO subscription. I couldn’t find any announcement, changelog, or documentation update about this change. Is this: - an intentional rollout, - an account-specific restriction, - or a temporary UI issue? I just tried deploying something in CLI and I got “Static Spaces are free for everyone, but hosting Gradio and Docker Spaces on free cpu-basic requires a PRO subscription.
