DLSS Updater 5.2 released with AMD FSR 4.1.2 support DLSS Updater 5.2.0 was released, adding support for AMD FSR 4.1.2 upscaling and FSR 4.0.2 frame generation, drawing on AMD's FidelityFX SDK v2.4.0 release. The update adds Vulkan loader support and support for RDNA2 GPUs, though integrated RDNA2 GPUs are still skipped because AMD does not list them as supported. The release also updates Flet to 1.0.5 to fix an upstream issue that could disable HDR or dim the monitor, corrects misdetection of some Navi 24 GPUs as RDNA3 and the RX 7600M XT as an older generation, and fixes restoring a game after an FSR 4 upgrade left it with no FSR because the original DLL was not backed up. DLSS Updater enables you to scan your system for games, and then replace their upscaling and frame-generation with updated versions or something else entirely. With Native Linux and Windows support, it's a popular project to make things simpler for updating and swapping the likes of DLSS, Neural Rendering, Ray Reconstruction, Frame Generation, Streamline, XeSS, FSR & DirectStorage.
