Digitate adds AI agents for patch planning, service desks, and SAP operations

Digitate released ignio Hummingbird, the latest version of its agentic AIOps platform, which adds AI agents for patch planning, service desks and SAP operations. The agents carry tasks from diagnosis through approved action and verification within enterprise change, approval and audit controls, and the release lets enterprises build their own IT operations agents. Hummingbird includes built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) servers so ignio capabilities can work with other agents and assistants.
