While a thread has an active environment, you can scroll through the diff, request changes on specific sections, and stage changes interactively: Some care and attention has gone into the diffing algorithm, which performs duplicate block detection to make it easier to see what has actually changed. This can significantly reduce cognitive load when reviewing large agent-generated changesets.
Here is an example where Amp (left) makes it easier to see that the only thing that has changed is the removal of the if-branch of the conditional:
