Deployment step now 10% faster

Vercel's deployment step is now about 10% faster, saving one second on average and up to 12 seconds for large applications, according to a changelog by Ali Smesseim, Tim Caswell, Steven Salat, and Javi Velasco. The improvement comes from combining separate routing metadata files into a single manifest uploaded once, and applies automatically to all builds with no changes required.
