Switching
Coming from another form builder? #
We wrote honest, side-by-side comparisons, including where the other product is still the better choice.
Is the free plan a trial? #
No. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. Conditional logic, payment fields, scheduling, and the AI builder are all switched on. Paid plans raise the limits as you grow rather than unlock the product.
Do people need an account to fill in my form? #
No. A respondent opens the link and answers. There is no sign-up, no wall, and no app to install, which is the single biggest reason a form gets abandoned.
Do I have to use AI to build a form? #
No. The studio is a normal drag-and-drop editor and the template gallery is a normal gallery. Describing a form to an assistant is one way in, not the only one, and a form built either way is the same form afterwards.
Which AI assistants can build forms here? #
Any client that speaks MCP, including Claude and ChatGPT. The MCP server exposes creating forms, editing fields, and reading responses, so the whole loop happens inside the chat rather than in a tab next to it.
Can I take payments? #
Yes, through Stripe: one-off products, subscriptions, and donations where the respondent chooses the amount. Connecting an account is a Stripe redirect, and payouts go to your account rather than through us.
Where do the responses go? #
Into a table you can sort, filter, star, and export to Excel. They can also push to Google Sheets as they arrive, and post to a Slack channel, both on the free plan.
