DeepSeek’s Harness team showcased Creator Mode on November 2, allowing users to create custom plugins through natural-language requests. Demonstrations included a design workspace, a video editor, and interactive 3D visualizations.
The company published seven demonstration prompts in Chinese and English, covering tools such as a paper reader, a poster designer, and a dashboard for tracking conversation statistics. Users can copy the prompts into Harness and select Creator Mode to build their own versions.
Harness is DeepSeek’s open-source agent platform, with plugins extending its tools, skills, and interface. DeepSeek said some demonstrated plugins were refined through multiple rounds of conversation. [TechNode reporting]
