DeepSeek Harness Desktop App Ready in Preview

DeepSeek released DeepSeek Harness, an open-source agent harness built on Cordis's "everything is a plugin" architecture, in preview as a desktop app or web UI launched from code. The harness runs on the DeepSeek-V41-Flash model and supports coding, research, background tasks, and chat-created plugins through "Creator mode," which built and verified a floating Pomodoro timer plugin in 5 minutes 24 seconds. DeepSeek said the core plugins and APIs are still evolving and invited users and developers to explore the preview.
