They were VERY expensive. Good agencies would charge anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000, and the process was very time- and graphic-intensive. Our CEO ended up spending over 100 hours of his own time going back and forth with iterations on one he built from scratch.\n\nAin’t nobody got that much time and money these days!\n\nLuckily, with AI, you can build these for a few dollars and in less than 20 minutes.\n\nHere’s my go-to playbook\n\n## HyperFrames\n\nConfession: I’m a HyperFrames Fanboy (shoutout to Matt Van Horn for getting me hooked).\n\nEveryone uses AI to create transcripts and summarize meetings, but few read them.\n\nA picture is worth a thousand words, but even the best infographics can only explain so much.\n\nEnter the 2nd coming of explainer videos! They are beautiful, quick, and high signal-to-noise.\n\nI even had a CEO once say, “Super appreciated the video by the way. I was able to get fully caught up over wedding dessert last night”\n\nWhen was the last time your boss viewed your PowerPoint deck during their sister’s wedding? But videos are quick to consume and respond to. And in a world in which AI verbose-as-fuck, explainers are the best TL;DR solution we got.\n\n## Howto\n\nThe fastest way to get started?
