Google is rolling out google.com/goto tracking redirect URLs in its search results, a move aimed at preventing scraping by third-party tools and AI companies, though Google has not commented. Separately, Microsoft is testing renaming its Copilot Search AI answer box to AI Overviews, and OpenAI has pinned a Shopping tab to the ChatGPT sidebar.
