CyberpowerPC is a great brand to look at if you want something with an excellent price-to-performance ratio, which also delivers on aesthetics, and when they’re on sale like this one, they’re even more tempting. Right now, this CyberpowerPC is going for $260 off at Newegg, and is down to $2,299.99, which is a great price given what this PC brings to the table, as you’ll see.
As always, let me give you a quick run-through of what you’re getting here. It packs an RX 9070XT, which is one of the best graphics cards for 1440p gaming with good 4K performance and improved AI and ray tracing capabilities. It’s actually a very strong, often more affordable, alternative to the RTX 5070 Ti, and can even trade blows with it in some titles. Paired with this, you’ve got pretty much everyone’s favorite gaming CPU, the Ryzen 7 9800X3D. As you no doubt already know, it packs a massive 96MB L3 cache and 5.2GHz boost clock speed, which essentially makes it a powerhouse for high framerate gaming with incredibly low frame latency. This is especially good when playing at competitive frame rates at lower resolutions.

On top of this, you’ve got 32GB of high-speed DDR5 RAM, for improved gaming, multitasking, and productivity performance across the board, a 2TB SSD for all your storage needs, a hefty 1000W PSU, and a robust AIO cooling solution. I’ll go a little further into what we like about this PC below, but in short, this PC is a genuinely good plug-and-play option that’s going to give you exceptional 1440p gaming performance, primarily good 4K performance, and also provide a strong foundation for upgrades in the future. For the price, even though you could hunt down a cheaper option, it makes a lot of sense given its overall build quality.

What we like about this CyberPowerPC RX 9070 XT prebuild
Excellent GPU and CPU pairing for gamers
The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is, I’d say, one of the best CPUs to pair with the RX 9070 XT if you want to grind out as many frames per second as possible from it. It’s a superior choice for gaming in general than going for something like the Intel i7-14700F, which would make the build more affordable and better at multitasking, but less future-proof and less suitable for CPU bound games, due to its smaller L3 cache.
Its SSD can actually store a decent number of AAA games
AAA titles nowadays are getting out of hand when it comes to sizing, and with some easily hitting over 100GB, a 1TB SSD doesn’t quite cut the mustard like it used to. Having a 2TB SSD like this one is a big win in our books.

Loads of RAM to decrease micro-stuttering
This amount of RAM is going to come in especially handy when you’re playing asset-heavy games, like open-world titles and simulators, as it’ll make everything run much smoother than 16GB. Another win!
Punchy PSU and robust cooling architecture
A 1000W PSU is more than enough for this type of configuration, and will ensure steady, stable power to this PC’s components, and give you some headroom for upgrades in the future, too. The same can be said for its powerful AIO cooling system, which, when combined with its roomy PC case, should help keep this system running at its best, even under heavy and sustained loads.
Things to consider before buying
As mentioned, this is more of a gaming-forward build than something for hybrid usage, so I’d suggest looking at RX 9070 XT and Intel Core Ultra prebuilds if you want something for heavy content creation workloads, streaming, and advanced workstation capabilities. You could go for a 14th-gen version, too; however, I think it’s worth paying a bit more for something on the newer LGA 1851 socket, especially as Intel’s latest Core Ultra releases, like the 7-270K Plus, boast notable improvements across the board.
