# COSS Weekly: Databricks acquires Electric, Stripe reportedly acquires OpenRouter, Temporal in talks for $500M, and more

This week in COSS: Dash0 acquired Polar Signals, while Stripe reportedly reached a deal to acquire OpenRouter for more than $7 billion; Dynatrace acquired Arize, and Databricks acquired Electric. Temporal is reported to be in talks to raise about $500 million at a $12 billion pre-money valuation, and Synthefy announced a $6.5 million seed round led by Wing Venture Capital.

In other news, Modular made the Mojo programming language fully open source under Apache 2.0 with LLVM exceptions; TrueFoundry launched TrueForge, an open-source, vendor-neutral alternative to Claude Managed Agents; and DeepSeek launched its MIT-licensed, plugin-based agent harness alongside DeepSeek-V4-Pro.
