Conductor 0.64.0: Claude Fable 5

Conductor 0.64.0 adds support for Anthropic's Claude Fable 5, its most powerful model, along with env file settings for agent environment variables. The update also includes fixes for blank screen reloads, model picker highlighting, and context window display.
