Cloud Security Alliance Names Troy Leach as Executive Director of the CSAI Foundation

The Cloud Security Alliance named Troy Leach, its Chief Strategy Officer, as Executive Director of the CSAI Foundation on Sept. 14, 2026, tasking the 25-year cybersecurity veteran with convening industry, government, academia and the security community around secure and trustworthy AI. CSA CEO and co-founder Jim Reavis said Leach's understanding of how security standards evolve alongside technology will be valuable "as we enter a new era of autonomous systems." The CSAI Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit launched by CSA and dedicated exclusively to AI security and safety, carries a 2026 mission of Securing the Agentic Control Plane.
