Claude Command Classifier: availability issues

Users are experiencing delays and stability issues with Claude's command classifier since this morning. The classifier is briefly unavailable, and the claude-opus-4-8 model is temporarily unavailable for PR inspection, preventing auto mode from determining the safety of Bash commands. Read-only operations remain unaffected.

If it keeps failing, continue with other tasks that don't require this action and come back to it later.
