Claude Code repo: issues labeled as duplicates without referencing the original

A bug report on Anthropic's Claude Code GitHub repository states that the github-actions bot is labeling issues as duplicates without referencing the original issue, citing issue #79240 as an example. The reporter expects that when an issue is marked as a duplicate, a comment should be posted identifying the original issue, as was done for issue #78415.
