Claude Code install script is down

The Claude Code install script is down after the workload exceeded Google Cloud's MultiRegionInternetEgressBandwidth quota in the us-east4 region, according to the error message returned by the service. The quota applies per-project, per-region to egress bandwidth from multi-regional Cloud Storage buckets to the internet, and the message directs users to reduce request rate or traffic volume, or request a quota increase through the Google Cloud Console Quotas page.

This workload is drawing too much egress bandwidth from Cloud Storage and has exceeded the MultiRegionInternetEgressBandwidth multiregion internet egress bandwidth Quota in the us-east4 region.
