citesure: 230/230 integrity bench for academic citation gates

A developer released citesure, an open-source tool that validates academic citation integrity by checking bibliographies against LaTeX documents before submission to arXiv or journals. The tool, installable via pip, aims to catch citation errors early in the writing process.
