If you build training for associations or internal L&D teams, the hard part is rarely "can the model write paragraphs." The hard part is turning subject-matter expertise into structured learning that a learning management system can track—usually via SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages. Chat-based authoring ("vibe coding" for courses) lets a subject-matter expert describe topic, audience, and goals in plain language. A pedagogy-aware agent can draft outcomes, storyboards, slides or scrolling lessons, scripts, and narration. That collapses the blank-page problem. AI presentation tools optimize for decks and visual storytelling. SCORM authoring tools optimize for packaged learning with completion/score tracking.
