Celigo launches intelligent enterprise automation builder into general availability Celigo Inc. announced the general availability of Ora, its natural-language interface for building and troubleshooting automations, which processed nearly 250,000 messages since beta launch in late March. Chief Product Officer Matt Graney said Ora enables non-technical users to create automations by describing needs in natural language, reducing reliance on specialized IT teams. Celigo launches intelligent enterprise automation builder into general availability Celigo Inc. https://www.celigo.com/ , an intelligent enterprise automation platform built for artificial intelligence, today announced the general availability of Ora https://www.celigo.com/platform/celigo-ora/ , the company’s interface for building and troubleshooting automations. Since Ora launched in beta mode https://siliconangle.com/2026/04/01/celigo-lets-business-users-build-govern-ai-driven-workflows/ in late March, the platform has processed nearly a quarter million messages, providing a foundation for less technical users to put AI to work. “For years, building and maintaining automation required specialized technical knowledge, from learning API schemas and mapping fields to diagnosing integration failures,” said Chief Product Officer Matt Graney. “Ora changes that by putting those capabilities into the hands of anyone who can describe what they need in their native natural language.” Celigo is an AI-powered integration platform that allows teams to connect separate systems and automate data extraction, movement, transformation and updates. For example, an ecommerce company might manage orders by connecting an online store such as Shopify, Amazon or WooCommerce to back-office enterprise resource planning systems such as NetSuite or SAP to synchronize orders, inventory and fulfillment in real time. Traditionally, setting up these workflows can be fraught with issues as connectors change over time when application programming interfaces update versions, data formats change, customers enter unexpected values into fields or other issues crop up. Simply building the workflow mentioned above for an e-commerce site can take hours or days to plan out, implement and test. With Ora, the burden is taken off the development and information technology team because a user can describe in natural language what they need, the tools they’re using and an AI assistant will do most of the work for them. In the e-commerce example, Ora will look at the connectors, build the data extraction from the shop front, design the transforms that will input the right values into the back-end to help fulfill orders, build automations that check inventory against orders coming in so that new products don’t go on backorder and set thresholds for flagging when human attention is needed. “Celigo Ora is a game changer, especially for teams like ours who don’t have time to build deep platform knowledge,” said Sport Alliance GmbH Director of Business Systems Marek Szpitun. “Within 10 minutes, I had two complete flows built and ready to go. Almost anyone can do this now.” The back end also attends to when an automation should run entirely on a script, which executes on rules exactly as written, or use generative AI to catch and categorize broad data needs such as intent, sentiment, or generate reports. In many cases, automations only need to run on rules, which are highly efficient and cost very little to run; whereas activating generative AI models can be expensive and specialized. Although Celigo focused on how Ora does the heavy lifting for nontechnical teams, technical users can also access the nuts and bolts of the system. Celigo provides access to the platform through a command-line interface and a Model Context Protocol server that brings its capabilities into terminals, pipelines and other AI environments. The company said that, with the platform and now with Ora, technical teams will spend less time on routine maintenance and more time building.
