Cat Jam is now available in stealth for free on AI Gateway

Vercel added Cat Jam, a reasoning model for coding and agentic tasks with low-latency inference, to its AI Gateway as a stealth model that is free to use during the stealth period. Cat Jam supports function calling, structured outputs that follow a user-supplied JSON schema, and reasoning efforts of low, medium, high, xhigh, and max, and it is callable via the AI SDK, OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions and Responses APIs, and the Anthropic-compatible Messages API under the model name stealth/cat-jam. Zero Data Retention is not available for Cat Jam, so prompts may be retained for safety reasons.
