Can anyone help review this? Moving to 0.16 and new io interface

Ralph is seeking human reviewers for a pull request that moves his Redis library, Rediz, to Zig 0.16 and adopts the new io interface. The PR, co-authored with Claude, has a passing test suite but Ralph wants at least one human review before merging into the main branch.
