# Building an AI-Native Farm Manager in 90 Days for the Build with Gemini XPRIZE

This is my announcement. I’m participating in the Build with Gemini XPRIZE hackathon!

Over the next 5 weeks, I am building LivestockAI—a massive, multi-species SaaS platform for farmers in emerging markets.

To pull off a 97-module application as a solo developer, I'm using a "contract-driven development" strategy: locking down architectures in Markdown and feeding them into parallel AI subagents to write the code.

The app itself isn't a standard wrapper. I'm integrating an ADK-powered coordinator agent named "Farmhand". Farmhand orchestrates its own subagents and tools to actively watch farm data, project profit scenarios, analyze photos of diseased livestock using Gemini Vision, and conduct audio-first farm walkthroughs via the Gemini Live API.

I'll be building in public and sharing my progress as we launch our waitlist and sprint toward real revenue on Google Cloud Run.
