Cloudflare: amount is no longer accepted

Cloudflare's published API specification now omits the `amount` field from `POST /accounts/{account_id}/ai-gateway/billing/topup/config`, so requests that still send it succeed but the value is silently ignored rather than rejected. The change affects code posting top-up configuration to the AI Gateway billing endpoint, which will no longer apply the submitted amount. Developers are advised to search their codebases for the field, since no error will signal the behavior change.
