Getting your
Trinity Audioplayer ready...Three weeks into the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and the wildly popular pastime of trading Panini World Cup stickers is in full swing. Sticker swaps have been occurring worldwide including in the Bay Area, but with 980 players to collect from 48 teams, completing a collector’s item album can be a daunting task.
Panini is offering to help out by publishing a new set of 120 stickers of updated players who were not included in the original sticker collection. Albums are assembled months in advance of the tournament and some players who appear in the original album did not make the final cut for their teams or were added late. These include such stars as Neymar Jr. (Brazil), Manuel Neuer (Germany) Gio Reyna (USA) and Pau Cubarsi (Spain). You can find the updated checklist and the players they replaced here.
The collection is in presale now and retails for $35. The stickers are expected to be delivered sometime in July. In the meantime, you can search for in-person swaps to fill your memento album.
