Billing issue: Space not active but billing continues

Hugging Face resolved a billing issue for user tttarun after their Space (tttarun/fine_tune_whisper) continued to accrue GPU charges while paused, with the company confirming the problem was fixed and apologizing for the scare. Another user, chotiwat777, reported a similar billing problem on August 23, prompting a request for investigation.

Getting no response from billing@huggingface.co mailto:billing@huggingface.co on email. My billing account is constantly showing active GPU usage even though the space tttarun/fine tune whisper is paused. It has been about 2 days since this is happening and the billing continues. I tried changing to free CPU hardware and also tried pausing the space. I have deleted the space now but the billing is still active.
