# Billing issue: Space not active but billing continues > Source: > Published: 2026-08-23 09:48:36+00:00 Getting no response from [billing@huggingface.co](mailto:billing@huggingface.co) on email. My billing account is constantly showing active GPU usage even though the space (tttarun/fine_tune_whisper) is paused. It has been about 2 days since this is happening and the billing continues. I tried changing to free CPU hardware and also tried pausing the space. I have deleted the space now but the billing is still active. Waiting for a response from the team.
