Although the document does not explicitly name InterPositive, the Netflix deal was announced on March 5. The price was also accounted for in the company's Q1 10-Q, completed in May. In a statement earlier this year, Affleck said he 'couldn't be happier' with the deal after quietly founding the LA-based company in 2022 with a 16-person team of engineers, researchers and creatives.
