But until now, a more feature-rich managed services portal hasn’t been available. What is the Proton Pass MSP pilot? The pilot program introduces a dedicated portal that allows MSPs to sell and manage Pass Professional subscriptions across multiple client organizations from one interface. Before we roll out MSP services for broader availability, we’re inviting MSP businesses to take part in this initial pilot program. We’ll work closely with them to understand how they use the portal and what new features they would like to see. This launch focuses on the core features you need as an MSP, including: - Allowing multi-organization user provisioning and management - Having an overview of all sub-organizations that you manage, showing allotted vs. used licenses per client, with one-click access to each client’s admin dashboard What to know about the pilot program If you’re interested in taking part, here’s what to expect: - After you get /business/contact?pd=pass in touch with our sales team /partners/msp-registration and set up an agreement, you’ll be granted access to the new MSP portal. - You’ll be subscribed to your own Proton Pass plan that allows you to create and manage client sub-organizations from the dedicated MSP portal. - Every seat allocation or disablement is recorded as a timestamped event. - At the end of each month, you can export a detailed report that you can use to bill your own clients. - You’ll also be sent a n invoice by Proton in line with the detailed report.
