India Has ZERO Live Auction Platforms. I Built One.

Imagine selling a **₹50,000 Banarasi silk saree** to a buyer in another city. You show it on WhatsApp photos (no trust). They ask for details (no video). You negotiate for hours (no real-time).

Indian collectibles market = **$16 billion**. Individual sellers = **45 million**. Unserved users = **100 million**. First-mover = **0 competitors**.

This is the opportunity. I built **BazaarLive** – the **Indian Whatnot** – for H0: Hack the Zero Stack.

What I Built

BazaarLive is live video auctions for India's collectibles market. Sellers go live via camera, showcase silk sarees, antiques, or jewelry in real-time. Buyers watch, bid instantly, and win via secure Razorpay payments.

I use **enterprise video streaming** (LiveKit), **real-time WebSocket** bidding (sub-500ms) with OCC conflict resolution, **2 AI features** (AI item descriptions and AI auction summaries), and **AWS infrastructure** (S3, DynamoDB, DSQL, IAM). 10% platform fee on every transaction. First-mover India. Production-ready with real payments and order tracking.
