Recently users report downloads from my HF repo are slower than from other repos.

I tested and confirmed. Why? Some bandwith throttling?

For example, download from my repo https://huggingface.co/datasets/Softology-Pro/VoC/resolve/main/gemma4-12b-with-proj-ltx-2.5-comfy-int8-convrot.safetensors

gets around 2 MB/sec

and the same model from another repo

https://huggingface.co/mcmonkey/swarm-models/resolve/main/gemma4-12b-with-proj-ltx-2.5-comfy-int8-convrot.safetensors

gets around 30 MB/sec

What would cause models in my repo to be much slower than models in other repos?
