However, on Wednesday (June 24), Banks suggested that the show might not be able to move forward based on safety concerns amid comments she made about Irish stabbing victim Stephen Ogilvie. "Ok so. It looks like the Manchester show wont go ahead as some people from belfast have threatened to kill the people at the venue and threatened to kill me if it goes on. Wow," Banks wrote in a since-deleted X post. “I dont know what is going on in the UK, but this is a first. Crazyness all around,” she said in a second post. The 35-year-old rapper later shared that she spoke with her agent, who gave her an in-depth "explanation of Ireland and Irish politics." "I just need to back up … And apologize for my ignorance… Truly… I had no idea of any of this. Or how deep it was….Wow,” she said in another X post.
