Automodel stuck in colab or kaggle at specific 21% stage

Multiple users report that Hugging Face model downloads are stuck at 21% in Google Colab and Kaggle, with the issue starting today after working yesterday. Users in the UK and elsewhere are affected, and restarting sessions has not resolved the problem.

Model progress bar stuck in between download, it was working yesterday, But today when i m trying to download model roberta or bert it get stuck everytime. I tried restart session and other possible fixes but nothing worked same to me, I can load model in Colab yesterday but it is not working today I am facing the same issue. Cannot download both datasets and models from Hugging Face in Google Colab, with huggingface-hub version 1.20.1. Code has been running for 9 hours+, but the datasets still cannot be downloaded. I am located in the UK.
