Automodel stuck in colab or kaggle at specific 21% stage

Model progress bar stuck in between download, it was working yesterday, But today when i m trying to download model (roberta or bert) it get stuck everytime. I tried restart session and other possible fixes but nothing worked

same to me, I can load model in Colab yesterday but it is not working today

I am facing the same issue. Cannot download both datasets and models from Hugging Face in Google Colab, with huggingface-hub version 1.20.1. Code has been running for 9 hours+, but the datasets still cannot be downloaded. I am located in the UK.
