Apple's M6, M7 and M8 Chips Show How AI Is Reshaping the Company

Apple is developing enterprise AI servers powered by two or four M8 Ultra chips for 2029 and is considering integrating Nvidia's NVLink Fusion, according to The Information, while Bloomberg's Mark Gurman said Apple is also building an AI server around the M7 for 2029 and has another Apple AI server going live in early 2027. Gurman wrote on X that a chip he referenced "could be the M7 Ultra (unless Apple is doing M8 Ultra simultaneously)."
