If you are building a practical tutorial or a step-by-step integration, the trick is to treat the model like a senior engineer who is slightly too cautious. You have to provide the context and the constraints upfront so it doesn't feel the need to "guide" you through the process. The irony is that Anthropic's obsession with safety—which was their biggest selling point—is becoming the very thing that pushes developers toward more open-weights models or less restrictive platforms. For those of us focused on raw productivity, the "safe" choice isn't always the most effective one.
