AMD EPYC Zen 7 "Florence" Confirmed With ACE, Next-Gen Memory

AMD CEO Lisa Su confirmed at AMD Advancing AI 2026 that the EPYC Zen 7 "Florence" processors will feature a next-gen process node, ACE AI compute extensions developed with Intel through the x86 Advisory Working Group, and next-gen memory with MRDIMM and LPDDR tech. Su also disclosed that EPYC Zen 8 "Ravenna" is in development, alongside next-gen Helios platforms including Helios 500 with EPYC Verano and Instinct MI500 series.
