AI agents handle routine items in the background, allowing triaged, high-value items to surface for humans to manage in the foreground.\n\nThe company said Quick is designed to provide teams a sense of momentum, providing a dashboard that brings together data across systems, records, meetings, follow-ups and chats to provide it in one place throughout the workday.\n\nMany teams today face a problem: The tools they use to stay productive keep multiplying, but that means the data they produce gets stuck inside them. This also means that visibility gets separated and fragmented. Quick pulls this together into one overarching view of work that allows AI agents to sort through what is low priority, what can be quickly summarized, turned into a bullet point, resolved or replied to with text.\n\nAs the number of tools increases, so does the number of notifications. The problem has gone from a small number of alerts to a veritable firehose of notices across the day. Ten messages, often high-priority emails, from coworkers or customers, have easily expanded into a flurry of alerts from tools, software popups, updates and more that can combine to hundreds of “do I even care?” messages even before lunch.\n\nQuick makes short work of this by making sure the user knows which ones relate to what they’re working on right now — such as projects the user has flagged as extremely high priority because they’re actively talking in email, working on chats in Quick, or paying attention to the tool. Lower-priority notifications don’t vanish, but they still exist in their own space where users can pull them out and set them aside, then bring them back into the light if they matter later.\n\n### Agents keep working between desktop and mobile\n\nEven after users close their desktop, agents keep working. A user can customize [a Quick autonomous agent](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/machine-learning/get-back-hours-every-day-with-autonomous-agents-in-amazon-quick/) to scan their inbox before they open the inbox in the morning to provide a tailored summary of what happened overnight, prepare a summary of weekly reports every Monday, and more.\n\nTurning off a computer or shutting a laptop doesn’t make them stop – they just keep going in the background. Work continues between desktop and mobile. They’re always on and accessible across different interfaces.\n\nAmazon went on to stress that this is because the system runs on Amazon Web Services Inc. infrastructure, so it can follow users wherever they go. It also gains the security, privacy and power behind the company’s enterprise-grade management. Enterprise data stays secure within firewalls; conversations remain private and auditable within CloudWatch and CloudTrail.\n\n##### Image: Amazon\n\n# A message from John Furrier, co-founder of SiliconANGLE:\n\nSupport our mission to keep content open and free by engaging with theCUBE community. **Join theCUBE’s Alumni Trust Network**, where technology leaders connect, share intelligence and create opportunities.\n\n- **15M+ viewers of theCUBE videos** , powering conversations across AI, cloud, cybersecurity and more\n- **11.4k+ theCUBE alumni** — Connect with more than 11,400 tech and business leaders shaping the future through a unique trusted-based network\n\n### Are you an AWS customer?  Support SiliconANGLE financially by buying your AWS services from our Marketplace portal page and links: [https://siliconangle.com/aws-marketplace/](https://siliconangle.com/aws-marketplace/)\n\n##### **About SiliconANGLE Media**\n\n[SiliconANGLE](https://cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=https%3A%2F%2Fsiliconangle.com%2F&esheet=54119777&newsitemid=20240910506833&lan=en-US&anchor=SiliconANGLE&index=9&md5=646b1b564e2259100a2b8638aab0a552),\n\n[theCUBE Network](https://cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thecube.net%2F&esheet=54119777&newsitemid=20240910506833&lan=en-US&anchor=theCUBE+Network&index=10&md5=7de2a85f95ab4a4a495cede20b8cb1da),\n\n[theCUBE Research](https://cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=https%3A%2F%2Fthecuberesearch.com%2F&esheet=54119777&newsitemid=20240910506833&lan=en-US&anchor=theCUBE+Research&index=11&md5=7bb33676722925eb57d588ec343e4f6f),\n\n[CUBE365](https://cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cube365.net%2F&esheet=54119777&newsitemid=20240910506833&lan=en-US&anchor=CUBE365&index=12&md5=d310fb35919714e66ad8d42c9c0c1bc6),\n\n[theCUBE AI](https://cts.businesswire.com/ct/CT?id=smartlink&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thecubeai.com%2F&esheet=54119777&newsitemid=20240910506833&lan=en-US&anchor=theCUBE+AI&index=13&md5=b8b98472f8071b23ebb10ab9a8dd0683)and theCUBE SuperStudios — with flagship locations in Silicon Valley and the New York Stock Exchange — SiliconANGLE Media operates at the intersection of media, technology and AI.\n\nFounded by tech visionaries John Furrier and Dave Vellante, SiliconANGLE Media has built a dynamic ecosystem of industry-leading digital media brands that reach 15+ million elite tech professionals.
