Amazon increases AI infrastructure spending to $220bn this year

Amazon has increased its planned AI infrastructure spending to $220bn this year, up from the $200bn it expected in April, according to the Financial Times. The Seattle-based group is ramping up investment in data centers and hardware to support its artificial intelligence ambitions.
