Heavy-hitting Core Ultra 7 270K Plus
The Core Ultra 7 270K Plus is the face of the LGA 1851 platform as it offers better performance than the Core Ultra 9 285K with a lower price tag. The biggest complaint with the 285K was the subpar single-core output, but this CPU did a great job of overcoming that shortcoming. The productivity is pretty much the same, and even in areas where the 285K does win, the difference isn’t a lot, and paying a lot more doesn’t make sense.

Robust liquid cooling
There is a lot that you can focus on with this gaming PC, but we think the 360mm AIO deserves a shoutout. The 270K Plus has a 250W max TDP, meaning it can get really hot, and if you don’t cool it down, it’ll bring the entire system down with it. So, to take care of that, especially if you plan on overclocking it, the 360mm AIO was added so that regardless of the task at hand, this processor will remain cool and away from its 100°C threshold. That being said, the Arrow Lake processors do run pretty cool, especially compared to previous generations, but it is better to be safe than sorry.
